At DillyTech, we are committed to providing quality service and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation (e.g., delivery note).
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Sale items are excluded from the return policy and cannot be returned.
Steps for Returning an Item for Unregistered Customers
- Contact us via email info@dillytech.ch to initiate the return request. We will send you an approval email after checking the eligibility of your return per the policy. This is to avoid unnecessary shipping cost for both parties.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
- Include the return slip in your package, specifying:
- Order Number
- Items Being Returned
- Reason for the Return
- Prepare the package ensuring that the goods can arrive to us unharmed.
- Use any postal service to ship the package back to DillyTech. Please mark the package as a "Return" to avoid customs duties if shipping from outside Switzerland.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Steps for Returning an Item for Registered Customers
- Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
- Go to your customer account dashboard and select your order and then request a return by pressing the related button at the upper right corner. Fill in the details of the form and submit it. You will receive confirmation emails regarding your request.
- We process all return requests within 1 business day and send you an approval email. After receiving the email, use any postal service to ship the package back to DillyTech. Please mark the package as a "Return" to avoid customs duties if shipping from outside Switzerland.
Refund Process and Timeline
- Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1 business day.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the returned items excluding the initial shipping fee.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
- We do not offer exchanges for returned items. To receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
- We strive to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition and the 14-day return period has expired, we may need to return the item to you at your cost.
We understand that returns are important for our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all, if we detect an unreasonable return pattern through electronic analysis, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at DillyTech.ch.
Warranty for Defective or Faulty Items
If your item is defective or faulty upon delivery, DillyTech will repair, replace, or refund it under the following conditions:
1. Warranty Period
All products are covered by a two-year legal warranty starting from the delivery date.
2. Making a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at info@dillytech.ch with details of the defect and proof of purchase.
- If requested, return the product to us. We will provide instructions for returning defective items.
3. Resolution Options
- We will inspect the returned product and determine the appropriate resolution: repair, replacement, or refund.
- Refunds will exclude any initial shipping fees unless the defect is our fault.
4. Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the package until it arrives at DillyTech.
- For your security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
