DillyTech is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping goods purchased through our online store.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Switzerland and Liechtenstein
  • Selected international destinations (details provided during checkout)

3. Shipping Costs

Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

  • Orders above CHF 50: Free shipping
  • Orders below CHF 50: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and/or preset conditions as stated below:

For all collections that can be sent via letter format (Swiss Post):

  • Class 1: CHF 1.90
  • Class 2: CHF 2.50
  • Class 3: CHF 3.90
  • Class 4: CHF 5.90
  • Class 5: CHF 7.90

For all collections that require parcel packaging (Swiss Post):

  • Class 5: CHF 9.50

Swiss Post is our shipping partner and we send packages with B-Post by default. Customers can opt for an insured registered delivery during checkout.

International Shipping:

  • Costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package. Final shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

International Orders:

Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery estimates range from 7–14 business days.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs delays or transport disruptions.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed the next business day after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

Risk of Loss

Our responsibility ends once the goods are handed over to the transport company. Upon dispatch, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (e.g., an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location), we’ll be happy to arrange a reshipment.

In such cases, the customer covers the shipping costs and any applicable fees. However, this does not apply if the delivery issue was due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control or if they were temporarily unable to receive the package—provided the delivery was not notified in advance within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dillytech.ch with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the transport company to resolve the issue and offer a solution (repair, replacement, or refund).

8. Customs and Duties

For international orders:

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customs policies vary widely, and customers are advised to check with their local customs office for more information.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations in specific regions. If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.
